NOTE: All VCI-300 users

All Vestax VCI-300 users,

It has been discovered that the controls of some VCI-300 units may possibly freeze(disable) during operation with ITCH under several circumstances.
If you are a owner of a Vestax VCI-300 and have experienced this error, please contact your local Vestax distributor for assistance.(The errror can be checked by rotating the right (Bch) jog wheel when in use with ITCH)

UPDATE:
This problem is now resolved in all current production runs　and distributor stock.This problem only affected a small number of　units (1% or less) from the first production runs with designated serial　numbers。
If your unit is within these serial ranges it is most　likely not affected by this problem, the specific issue in question is　easily identified by the whole VCI freezing and the blue touch sensor　light for the right platter staying on. This happens immediately after
plugging in the VCI unit to your computer and running software.
