AC-20 Free Inspection & Service

The AC-20 is the AC Adapter used for the following products.

PMC-08 (Black/White)
PMC-CX
PMC-500

It has been discovered that a small screw inside of the secondary plug (of the hardware connection) may become loose as a result of excessive pulling and handling of the power cord. If this screw becomes dislodged, it can come in contact with the terminal inside of the adaptor itself, causing it to overheat. Ultimately, this overheating may cause the adaptor to malfunction and fume.

To prevent this incident from occurring, please discontinue using the AC-20 adaptor immediately. Please send the adaptor to your nearest authorized Vestax dealer, distributor or service center, and we will promptly exchange it with an upgraded AC-20 power adaptor, free of charge.

Please be aware that the subject of this free upgrade is for the AC-20 adaptor ONLY, and NOT the mixer itself.
